About the author of Daring to Trust

David Richo has devoted his working life to helping others through self-improvement, mindfulness, and spirituality. He is a licensed family and marriage counselor with a PhD in clinical psychology. Richo divides his time between the campuses of Santa Barbara City College and the University of California, at Berkeley. He is also the clinical supervisor for Santa Barbara’s Community Counseling Center.
