Distinguished professor Neil Price is the chair of archaeology at Sweden’s Uppsala University. For several decades, he has been studying the Vikings, as well as teaching and writing about them. Among Price’s acclaimed publications are Children of Ash and Elm: A History of the Vikings and The Viking Way: Magic and Mind in Late Iron Age Scandinavia.
