Wayne Cascio is an economist and a Distinguished Professor at the University of Colorado. John Boudreau is Professor Emeritus of Management at the Marshall School of Business. Alexis Fink is the Vice President of People Analytics and Workforce Strategy at Facebook, and a contributor to the third edition of Cascio and Boudreau’s original work.
