About the author of Twice as Hard

Jasmine Brown is an author, advocate, and Rhodes scholar. She graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master of Philosophy in the History of Science, Medicine, and Technology and in 2020, she entered the Perelman School of Medicine. While attending Washington University, Brown founded the Minority Association of Rising Scientists, an advocacy group dedicated to helping minority students in the research community.
