About the author of The Pyramid Principle

Barbara Minto is an American writer and advisor who specializes in executive communication. She was one of only eight women to graduate Harvard Business School in 1963, and was the first female consultant hired by the management firm McKinsey & Company. Today, she runs her own training program and lectures at places such as Harvard, Stanford, and London business schools.
